Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Applies to alphovia.com and Alphovia's services
What Alphovia provides
Alphovia designs, builds, hosts, and manages AI agents and workflow automation for businesses — including website chat assistants, messaging-channel assistants, appointment booking, and back-office automations. Services are provided on the plan you select, plus any add-ons agreed with you.
Using our website and assistants
- Our AI assistant answers questions about Alphovia and can book calls on our calendar. Use it for its intended purpose — not to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to probe or disrupt our systems.
- Booking a call requires accurate contact details. We may cancel bookings made with false information.
- We may apply fair-use and rate limits to keep the service available to everyone.
Plans, billing, and fair use
- Plans are billed monthly in USD unless agreed otherwise. A one-time setup fee, scoped on your strategy call, applies to new engagements.
- Each plan includes an AI-usage allowance on a fair-use basis. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan, we will talk to you about an upgrade or add-on — we do not silently bill overages.
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once build work has started.
AI limitations — please read this one
AI systems generate responses automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected despite our safeguards. Alphovia agents are built to stay within defined scopes, escalate to humans, and never fabricate specifics — but no AI provider can guarantee error-free output. You should not treat assistant responses as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). For client deployments, we agree the scope, guardrails, and escalation rules with you before launch.
Your content and data
- You keep ownership of your business data. We use it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details, including deletion rights.
- Alphovia retains ownership of its platform, code, prompts, and know-how, except where a written agreement with you says otherwise.
Third-party platforms
Our services connect to third-party platforms (such as Google Calendar, Meta's Messenger and Instagram, and AI model providers). Those platforms have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. If a platform changes or restricts access, we will work with you on the best available alternative.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what we expressly agree with you in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphovia's total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes caused by third-party platform failures.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with notice as set out in your plan or agreement. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse. On termination, we will return or delete your data on request, per the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the services after a change means acceptance.
